Rabbi Ari Blech brings a unique blend of tradition and modernity to his work in the Rabbinate. A graduate of Yeshiva University, he studied English and Philosophy, fields that complement his passion for teaching and leadership. While at Yeshiva, he studied under Rabbi Michael Rosensweig and earned several writing awards, bringing his parents great nachas—an achievement he feels is the least he could do as their only son. Rabbi Blech received his semicha from Chabad and has since served in various impactful roles, including Visiting Rabbi for the Ann Arbor Orthodox Minyan, Scholar in Residence for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur programs in New York and New Jersey, and lead Rabbi at a Passover program in Las Vegas. His lectures and Scholar in Residence engagements have further enriched communities across the country.
An 11th-generation Rabbi with a dynamic and eclectic approach, Rabbi Blech and his wife, Alaethia, have embraced life in Bradley Beach alongside their cherished dog, Eden, and cats, Kugel and Agape. They enjoy hosting guests, learning, teaching, laughing, and playing Rose and Thorn. Recently, they’ve added Stand Up Paddleboarding to their list of hobbies, blending a love for tradition with a sense of adventure.
